Payment and Delivery
Australian Rowing Trailers will commence the construction of a trailer once a deposit of 50% has been paid. Payment can be made by direct deposit, cheque or money order. Details are supplied on the invoice.
The remaining balance is to be paid on completion of the product, prior to delivery. A balance notification will be sent at the appropriate time. Ownership of the product will pass to the buyer when full payment is received.
Australian Rowing Trailers does not offer credit arrangements.
Construction, delivery and timeframes will be negotiated between Australian Rowing Trailers and the customer. We make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timescales, however delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances and we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within such timescales.
Cost of delivery will depend upon location. Trailers are delivered with a temporary road permit. Registration of trailers is on the onus of the buyer once delivered.
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery with reference to the Qld Sales of Goods Act.
